The Cervus Axis is a herbivore mammal from the cervidae family,ruminant suborder, which we can find around the world, on the park we have the Cervus Axis subspecies. This subspecies has a brown-white fur, interpolated by small white spots which disappear on winter, their horns are very big and can get to 76 cm and are renewed every year, taking about 5 months to fully develop. The males weight 25 to 45 Kg. The gestation period lasts 210 to 238 days. This animals live 9 to 13 years.
